Sivas Municipality has successfully completed its investment in a new crushing and screening plant to strengthen the city’s infrastructure and superstructure projects. The high-capacity and modern plant, supplied by Uğur Makina, has been put into operation at Tecer Quarry and is now fully operational as a major crushing and screening plant serving the city.
Installed on a 610,000 m² site in the Tecer region, the fully equipped crushing and screening plant is centered around a UMK140 jaw crusher with a capacity of 400–500 tons per hour. The plant will efficiently produce aggregates in various fractions, base materials, and high-quality fill products required for road construction, asphalt works, and urban infrastructure projects.
The crushing and screening plant is equipped with high-performance Uğur Makina machines.
Thanks to this robust equipment lineup, the plant has reached optimum capacity for continuous, stable, and high-quality aggregate production.
Sivas Mayor Dr. Adem Uzun stated that the new quarry plant will make a significant contribution to infrastructure works by meeting the city’s aggregate production requirements.
As Uğur Makina, we are proud to deliver modern, reliable, and high-performance crushing and screening plants for municipalities, public institutions, and the private sector across Türkiye, including Sivas.
We wish the Sivas Tecer Quarry Crushing and Screening Plant long-term success and efficient operation for the benefit of the city and the region.
