Our fixed crushing and screening plant, commissioned in Bursa in 2017, has a capacity of 400-500 tons per hour and processes limestone material. The plant is equipped with advanced UĞURMAK machinery, ensuring high efficiency and superior product quality.

The UMG04 Rock Feeding Unit, part of the UMG series, is used for feeding the system. This unit includes a 40 m³ hopper and a 1350×5000 mm vibrating feeder, designed to feed primary crushers such as jaw or impact crushers. Its adjustable grizzly spacing allows for flexibility in bypassing oversized material.
For primary crushing, the CDK1415 Primary Impact Crusher from the CDK series is used, featuring a rotor size of Ø1400×1500 mm. This crusher, with its rotor, two pendulum systems, and wear plates, achieves high reduction ratios, making it ideal for crushing limestone.
The secondary crushing stage utilizes the SMK1115 Secondary Impact Crusher from the SMK series, with a rotor size of Ø1150×1500 mm. This crusher reduces the limestone from the primary crusher to the size required for asphalt and concrete aggregates, using adjustable impact plates for efficient and high-reduction crushing.
For tertiary crushing, the UTK1115 Tertiary Impact Crusher is employed, featuring a rotor size of Ø1150×1500 mm. This crusher refines the material further, producing fine aggregates ideal for high-quality concrete and asphalt production.
The plant produces final products in sizes of 5 mm, 12 mm, 19 mm, and 38 mm, with a capacity of 500 tons per hour, meeting the region’s aggregate needs efficiently.
– Two UME2060 4-deck twin vibrating screens classify the material into different fractions.
– The UME1240 2-deck inclined screen serves as a bypass screen, separating material that does not require further crushing.
– The UME1650 2-deck inclined screen is used before the secondary crusher to bypass fine material, ensuring efficient operation.
– Four USB75 75 m³ stock bunkers and two USB50 50 m³ stock bunkers are used to store classified materials. These bunkers, equipped with pneumatic-controlled discharge gates, allow direct loading onto trucks.
Additional Features:
– Magnets and metal detectors are installed on the conveyor belts feeding the secondary and tertiary crushers to separate foreign metal objects and protect the equipment.
