UGURMAK® UME series vibrating screens are used in a crushing and screening plant to separate aggregates of various sizes from each other. When the aggregates are poured into the screen, the material smaller than the screen size passes through the screen surface while moving on the screen surface with the vibration obtained by the vibration system. Vibrating screens are manufactured in two, three or four layers, in various sizes and capacities. Vibration system can be in the middle or above the screen body. Vibration is obtained by the rotation of eccentric weights attached to the shaft, which is embedded in the screen body.
UGURMAK UME series vibrating screens have a solid body structure and chassis. Body sheet and screen wire fasteners are not suitable to be affected by the vibration. The feeding and discharge chutes are made of hard material and are resistant to abrasion. The efficiency of obtaining products in desired sizes is very high.
