Macedonia – 300 Tons/hour Crusher Plant

Uğur Makina has been involved in many stone and mine quarry projects.
It was preferred not only by the country but also by foreign companies and managed to enter the world market.

There are Vibrating Screen (2050*2 UME), 18 Belt Conveyors in different sizes, Mobile Tertiary Crusher (UTK1115), Mobile Vibrating Screen (UME 2470*4) in the facility.
In order to increase the vibration pallet life and crushing capacity of our UTK 1115 tertiary crusher, it is fed with a 1200*1300 size feeder .
Thanks to the feeder that we are adjusting with the speed control system, the breaking efficiency has also been increased.
In our facility, a 30 meter Radial Belt Conveyor of 1000 was used to stock our aggregate products in a larger area.
The working capacity and walking speed of our Radial Belts are also adjusted by the speed control system.
Our facility serves 300 tons of hours gravel crushing and screening production line.
