Due to its potential, the African continent has always been among the priority markets for our company. Despite the transportation difficulties experienced in the region and the problems encountered in accessing complementary equipment at the work site, successful deliveries continue to be made.
In this context, a crushing and screening plant consisting of two mobile units was commissioned in Mali in line with the request of our customer. In the first unit, 20 m3 capacity UMG02 BUNKER FEEDER, UMG02 VIBRATING FEEDER, UMK90 JAW CRUSHER and necessary conveyors were used.
UMK90 JAW CRUSHER, which is used as a primary crusher in small and medium capacity facilities, crushes rocks up to 60cm in size in the most efficient way with its 900mm X 650mm inlet opening and makes them ready for the next stage.
In the second unit, there is a 5m3 capacity feeding bunker, followed by SMK1112 IMPACT CRUSHER and 3-LAYER UME2050 VIBRATING SIEVE. Together, these two units perform the screening process after primary and secondary crushing, enabling our customer to obtain 3 different products.
In order to avoid the difficulties we mentioned at the beginning during operation and to minimize the malfunctions that may occur, our customer prioritized quality in his investment and preferred the UĞUR MAKINA brand.
