CRUSHING AND SCREENING PLANT

MOBILE CRUSHING PLANTS

Mobile crushers are track-mounted and wheeled rock crushing machines that are easily movable on and between production sites. They are widely used in aggregates production, recycling applications, and in mining operations. Mobile crushers can replace stationary crushing systems, which reduces the need for hauling and thus cuts operational costs.

The biggest reason for choosing UĞURMAK mobile wheeled crushing units is that they provide ease of assembly and disassembly. Temporary pits established in project works such as dams and road construction may need to be moved to a different site at the end of the project. In such cases, they significantly reduce transportation costs as they provide ease of transportation.

Crawler crushers are units that can be transported and installed faster than wheeled crushers. Thanks to the hydraulically driven walking pallet, they can be moved to the desired point and start production in minutes. With their durable inner linings and robust crusher structures, they can work safely for many years.

Mobile impact crushers, which are used to obtain small cubic materials in aggregate production, recycling applications and mining operations, reduce operational costs and provide a flexible usage area compared to fixed crushing systems.

UĞURMAK mobile jaw crushing units are generally used alone as primary crushers or to prepare sized material for the next crusher. It prepares harder and larger materials for the next stage by crushing them. It can be easily moved to the desired point thanks to its wheeled mobile structure.

Mobile vertical shaft crushers are generally used as secondary crushers because they can be fed with smaller materials than jaw and impact crushers and can produce products with much lower grain sizes than these crushers.

Mobile cone crushers are used as secondary or tertiary crushers in construction sites where very small grain size products are desired. They are preferred due to the quality of the material produced and high crushing precision.

Secondary crusher mobile plants are used in construction sites with a maximum grain size of 450 mm in cases where temporary quarries established in project works such as dams and road construction need to be moved to a different site at the end of the project.

Mobile Secondary jaw crushers are used for construction sites with primary crushers. In the unit, the material coming from the primary group is screened with an inclined vibrating screen and directed to the secondary jaw crusher group and products of the desired sizes are obtained.
