Osmaniye Mechanical Stabilization Plant

Mechanical stabilization plants used in the production of asphalt filling material are the primary choice of road contractors and municipalities with a production capacity of up to 600 tons/hour. In this context, in the last investment in Osmaniye Municipality, the choice of Mechanical Stabilization Plant was used in favor of UGURMAK.

4 bunkers, each with a capacity of 20m3, equipped with dosing conveyors with frequency converters, ensure that aggregates of desired sizes are delivered to the mixer. Equipped with two 22kW geared motors, the mixer provides continuous production, ensuring the most homogeneous mixing of water and aggregate. This mixture is taken to the stock bunker with a capacity of 25m3 and sent to the paving area by trucks.
