Kahramanmaraş Debris Recycling Facility
The recycling facility is located in Kahramanmaraş and was established under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and with the support of the relevant governorships. It is located at a point away from the city centers in order to prevent asbestos and other hazardous substances from harming the environment and human health. Ugurmakina’s high-efficiency crushing and screening machines effectively and efficiently separate the debris and make it suitable for reuse.
Working Process of the Facility
Construction waste dumped into the bunker is transferred to the feeder with our modern belt system. With the meticulous work of our workers, the excavation on the belt is separated by hand. Then, the material passes through the jaw crusher and is directed to the other belt. At this stage, iron and derivative materials are thrown out of the system thanks to the magnetic separator. The remaining material goes through the secondary crusher and is separated according to its size in the 4-layer screening system and becomes ready for recycling.
