Our fixed crushing and screening plant, commissioned in Algeria in 2016, processes limestone material with a capacity of 200-300 tons per hour. The plant is equipped with advanced UĞURMAK machinery, ensuring high efficiency and superior product quality.

The UMG02 Rock Feeding Unit, part of the UMG series, is used for feeding the system. This unit includes a 30 m³ hopper and a 1200×5000 mm vibrating feeder, designed to feed primary crushers such as jaw or impact crushers. Its adjustable grizzly spacing allows for flexibility in bypassing oversized material.
For primary crushing, the UMK110 Jaw Crusher with a feed opening of 1100×850 mm is used. The UME1240 2-deck inclined screen serves as a bypass screen, preventing unnecessary material from entering the primary crusher and ensuring only the desired material size is processed.
Material from the primary crushing stage is accumulated in an intermediate stockpile and fed to the secondary crusher via two 1200×2000 mm tunnel feeders. These feeders are designed to perform under tough conditions and are suitable for handling materials of various sizes. The UMIE1430 2-deck grizzly inclined screen allows for the extraction of desired material sizes before secondary crushing, improving crusher efficiency.
For secondary crushing, the SMK1115 Impact Crusher from the SMK series is used, featuring a rotor size of Ø1150×1500 mm. This crusher reduces the limestone to the size required for asphalt and concrete aggregates, using adjustable impact plates for efficient and high-reduction crushing.
The UME2070 4-deck inclined screen classifies the crushed limestone into different fractions, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality final products. Oversized material from the screen is sent to the SMK1112 Impact Crusher (rotor size: Ø1150×1250 mm) for tertiary crushing, further enhancing product quality. The output from both the SMK1115 and SMK1112 crushers is combined and fed back to the UME2070 screen for final classification.
The final product sizes obtained are 3 mm, 8 mm, 15 mm, and 25 mm.

Additional Features:
– Magnets are installed on the conveyor belts feeding the SMK1115 and SMK1112 crushers to separate foreign metal objects and protect the equipment.
– The conveyor belts are equipped with one-sided walking platforms for safety and maintenance.
