Private Recycling Facility Visited On-Site Uğur Makina participated in the special recycling facility with a capacity of 400 tons/h, which was submitted to the tender by Eskişehir municipality, and won the tender. The facility requested by the municipality includes 110 Jaw Crusher, 1115 Secondary Impact Crusher, 3-layer UME2060 screen and belt conveyors . In addition to the machines, plant closure and dust reduction system were requested for environmental sensitivity. The special recycling facility was designed and manufactured by our project team to be at the capacity we committed. Our machines, which have been manufactured, have been inspected and approved by Eskişehir municipality. The facility, which was started to be installed by expert personnel in the field, was first laid with Anchor Concrete. Its logistics were met by Uğur Makina and delivered to the site and assembly started. In the recycling facility built by Uğurmak, the field was visited to observe the working stages, performance and production efficiency of the machines and to improve the design of our machines. This visit enabled us to carry out our RD studies and the necessary observations for the synchronization of the facility, and played an important role in developing environmentally friendly machines and improving our projects.
