Our plant, located in Nicosia, processes limestone material and operates at a capacity of 200-300 tons per hour (tph).

The material is fed into the system via the UMG03 Rock Feeding Unit (hopper volume: 30 m³, vibrating feeder size: 1200×500 mm) and is first crushed in the UMK110 Jaw Crusher (feed opening: 1100×850 mm). The crushed material is then sent to the SMK1115 Secondary Impact Crusher (rotor size: Ø1150×1500 mm). The material is classified into four different products using UME2060 twin vibrating screens (screen size: 2000×6000 mm, 4 decks), with the +40 mm material being sent back to the UTK1115 Tertiary Crusher (rotor size: Ø1150×1500 mm) for further crushing.
The bypass material can either be taken as product without entering the system or fed to the UME1650 vibrating screen (screen size: 1600×5000 mm, 3 decks), producing two additional products. To prevent clogging, non-clogging screen mesh has been used on the lower decks of the screens. Both the SMK1115 Secondary Impact Crusher and the UTK1115 Tertiary Crusher are equipped with %21Cr-%1.5Mo alloy steel cast liners for enhanced durability.
To minimize the environmental, health, and equipment-related impacts of dust generated during operation, a dust reduction system has been implemented.
