Our andesite crushing and screening plant, located in Balıkesir, operates at a capacity of 300-400 tons per hour.
For primary crushing, a mobile 140×1100 mm jaw crusher has been selected. This crusher reduces large-sized material to a size suitable for feeding into the secondary crusher and offers the advantage of mobility due to its mobile chassis.
For secondary crushing, the high-capacity and efficient fixed SMK1317 impact crusher is used. The material from the impact crusher is classified using a 2400×6000 mm 4-deck horizontal screen, known for its ease of operation and maintenance. This process produces two different product sizes, with the return material sent back to the secondary impact crusher for further processing.
The bypass material is removed from the system without entering the crushing process using a 600×45000 mm radial conveyor belt, which can rotate in the desired direction and angle, providing a wider stockpiling area.
This setup ensures efficient and high-quality andesite processing, delivering the required product sizes while maintaining operational flexibility and productivity.
