The plant consists of a UMA140 primary feeding and crushing unit, an SMK1317 secondary impact crusher unit, twin UME2060x4 inclined screens, a UDK900 vertical shaft impact crusher, a UMYE2060x3 washing screen, a UMY28 spiral washer, sand feeding hoppers, and conveyor belts with walking platforms. The material being crushed is dolomitic limestone.

For the primary stage, a UMK series jaw crusher with a feed opening of 1370×1000 mm and an output size of 125-300 mm was selected. The feeding unit includes a 40 m³ hopper and a 1350×5000 mm vibrating feeder. In the secondary stage, an SMK1317 impact crusher from the SMK series with a rotor size of Ø1280×1750 mm is used. The material crushed by the jaw crusher is fed to the secondary crusher via tunnel feeders from the intermediate stockpile. The UME series twin 2000×6000 mm 4-deck screens classify the material into 0-5 mm, 5-15 mm, 15-25 mm, and 25-50 mm sizes, producing three different products. The +50 mm material is sent back to the secondary impact crusher for further crushing, while intermediate material is directed to the UDK900 vertical shaft impact crusher.
For the tertiary stage, a UDK900 vertical shaft impact crusher from the UDK series with a rotor size of Ø900 mm was chosen. The output from the vertical shaft crusher is fed back to the twin UME2060x4 screens. The bypass material is sized into 0-5 mm, 5-25 mm, and 25-40 mm using the UMYE series 2000×6000 mm 3-deck washing screen, with the 0-5 mm material being washed in the UMY28 spiral washer to produce clean final product.
